Proteins are molecules which are coded for in every organisms DNA. Although every organism has different proteins, the ones they have are crucial for viability and health. As far as the human diet is concerned, protein is essential; it is the key and the major player in maintaining a healthy body. Without a healthy dose of protein, there is no chance of building muscle, maintaining healthy and proper cellular function, and keeping the brain in tip top condition.

Protein is not the number one source of energy for the human body, carbohydrates are. However, protein is essential for maintaining throughout the day. This is because proteins are the molecules that maintain the structural and functional health of many other substances in the body; they catalyze all chemical reactions in the body, and are one of the key players in repairing all types of cellular damage including damage to the DNA. Proteins are the housekeepers of the human body. The proof of this lies in DNA mutations which causes a miscoding of a protein, which leads to many serious and deadly diseases.

Amino acids are what make up proteins. There are certain amino acids that the body makes on its own, and balance its homeostasis. There are some amino acids, however, that the body cannot make by itself. This is where a diet high in proteins comes in. These essential amino acids need to be obtained from other dietary sources. These include dairy products such as eggs and milk and animal products such as cows and chickens. Other good sources of amino acids can be found in plants such as soy beans, pinto beans, legumes, and nuts.A supplement that is a staple in my nutrition plan, and has been for the last 12 years, is BQuick BURN Clarinol® CLA powder. CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) has a ton of proven, clinically researched health benefits. One of the biggest reasons CLA is highly sought after in the wellness/fitness community is for its ability to get rid of fat tissue, and inhibit any new fat storage.

CLA can be obtained through our regular nutrition in dairy, cheese and meat products. Grass fed cows produce more CLA then grain fed cows. This has led to a decline in the amount of CLA that our body derives from our everyday nutrition. BQuick BURN can become a part of your everyday nutrition to get your levels of CLA up, and keep them up, naturally.

Amongst its many benefits, Clarinol® CLA has been scientifically proven to reduce body fat safely and effectively in 8 to 12 weeks when consumed daily at 1.7 grams to 3.6 grams per day. Clarinol® CLA boosts the production of lean muscle while helping improve muscle tone. But, Clarinol® CLA helps you do more than just burn fat and build muscle: it boosts your metabolism and helps you reduce food cravings; it even helps stabilize blood sugar; it serves as an antioxidant, which benefits the cardiovascular system and reduces free radicals and oxidation; and it may even help lower blood pressure.

Most people start training and supplementing after the new year. Incorporating BQuick BURN into your daily nutrition now and through the holidays will help to reduce your cravings at those big family dinners and brunches, and also will help to stabilize your blood sugar levels as well. In addition, it will help you to burn some fat, allowing you to get a jump start on your new year’s resolutions.

CLA is not a stimulant, so it does not have some of the negative effects as other weight loss supplements. Most weight loss supplements pack in artificial caffeine, whereas Clarinol® CLA is derived from safflower oil, making it an all natural, non stimulant, and whole food based product. This allows your body to increase its metabolism naturally and safely rather than artificially.

At BQuick Nutrition we offer two supplements with Clarinol® CLA: BQuick BURN and BQuick LEAN. BURN is concentrated and unflavored Clarinol® CLA powder. It can be added to a BQuick FUEL shake to enhance taste and efficacy, or to water, juice, coffee, any milk or beverage of your choice. BQuick LEAN is an encapsulated product, which has Clarinol® CLA and other synergists such as green tea extract, African mango, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Carnitine, Alpha Lipoic Acid and 5-HTP to name a few. BQuick BURN and LEAN are designed to be able to be taken in conjunction with one another as part of the BQuick system, and BQuick FUEL and ENERGY can also be taken with BURN and LEAN, as part of the entire BQuick system as well.

Make sure to stay consistent with your CLA supplementation for it to be as effective as possible. Taking CLA consistently allows the body to store it to burn up fat and inhibit the body from storing new fat. Once you stop taking it consistently, it will not work as well. Be consistent throughout the holiday season to burn fat and increase metabolism with BQuick BURN!

Of course, as with everything else, there is a balance of how much amino acids and proteins a body needs. Too much meat, especially meat high in fat content, can lead to high cholesterol which has many consequences. Healthy people, however, rarely need to worry about protein deficiencies or overdoses. Most people do not need any types of protein supplements unless they are trying to build extra muscle that their bodies would otherwise be unable to build.
