It is no doubt that nuts are a healthy snack. With their crunchiness, pleasurable taste and nutritious properties, it's interesting that more don't eat nuts regularly.  In addition to being delicious, nuts have been reported to do amazing things, like improve hearth healthy, lower susceptibility to disease, and lower cholesterol.
